Shipping and Policy

SHIPPING

Each cart is charged only one shipping. The shipping will be tracked shipping for safety. We will either be using Singpost, NinjaVan or QExpress or other shipping providers, depending on the weight and size of the items, as well as the delivery address. We reserve the right to change shipping providers to one that we deem most suitable, but it will always be tracked shipping so that you can rest assured it will be delivered to you.

You will be emailed the tracking number once your items have been mailed out. The cost of shipping is currently as follows and is subject to changes by the shipping providers. However, we endeavor to keep all shipping costs transparent and up to date. We will not be asking you for additional monies after you have paid. In the event that unforeseen circumstances happen, and we are unable to bear the extra shipping costs and ship the goods you have ordered, we will refund to you all and any monies paid for the goods you have purchased in lieu of the order.

If the items you ordered are out of stock and will arrive later, you will be notified and will have the option to proceed or not.

TRACKING

An email with your tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped out.

Do note that some countries / shipping providers do not offer door-to-door tracking, meaning that the shipping can only be tracked until the package reaches your country.

GST, VAT, Customs and Import Tax

We do not charge Singapore GST as we are a tiny tiny startup and hence is not GST-Registered.

For Overseas purchases, you may incur VAT / Customs / Import Tax at the customs. We are not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other local postal requirements that may be issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel so please make yourself familiar with your local import laws and regulations. You should check with your local Post Office or Customs if in doubt.

Refunds & Exchanges

We currently do not accept refunds or exchanges. We check all goods before sending out and pack them in a manner which minimise damage. Thank you for your understanding.

Do note that scratches on keychains and other acrylic items are actually ON the protective sheet on it. Although it seems pretty invisible and hard to take off, it is definitely doable and you will have a shiny scratch free item after peeling the protective sheet off.
